(1) slurry preparation:

a. bonding agent: water cement ratio 1:4   powder first  than add water    stir several min., after 5 min.  stir  again thick paste

b. according to the needed water cement weight ratio of slurry (0.75—0.85:1), add water into stirred vessel first, then add the expansive VMB preserve mortar into it , then stir 4-5min.

c. the slurry which has been preparationed shuould be used within an hour.

(2) plaster processing

a. on the clean wall, put the bonding agent overspread, use the sawtooth and scraper blade kerve crosswise,the thickness is about 2-3mm.

b. plastering the insulating mortar

*1 adopting the dedicated anti-crack mortar

*2 when using the anti-crack mortars on the exposed corners ,fiberglass mesh is necessary.
